LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty applies to the HeadUp Labs Delta activity tracker, supplied or purchased from HeadUp Labs (UK) Limited.

What does this warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in the operation of the HeadUp Labs Delta under normal use during the warranty period. During the Warranty Period, HeadUp Labs will replace at no charge, the Delta that proves to be defective under normal use and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for the Delta supplied or purchased from HeadUp Labs, commences on the date of dispatch and expires at the expiration of 2 calendars years/24 months

What does the Limited Warranty not cover?

The limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship such as immersion in water longer than the stated period, damaged packaging.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, please contact our Support team and detail the fault, and if required return the HeadUp Labs Delta as directed by our customer service representative.

CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not provided for Change of Mind, incorrect selection or incorrect sizes. You should also carefully review the product specifications and dimensions. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping car4t and proceeding with your order.

Orders placed by you are offers to purchase under the terms and conditions in this agreement and our other terms and conditions at the price or fee specified (including delivery and pother charges). We reserve the right to accept or reject your offeror any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Support as soon as possible. If requested please return damaged or faulty goods to the address provided by our Support team.

Damaged or faulty goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging. Any shipping costs to return the goods will be at your own cost. Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed with seven (7) days of our receipt of the goods, if requested, other wise within 30 days of your reporting the damage to our Support team. Goods must be returned if requested within 30 days and no goods will be accepted after 30 days.
